A carefully designed interior remodelling of a compact Greenwich home

Interior remodelling of this bijoux three-storey terrace on a little-known Greenwich street in order to modernise, insulate and maximise space.

Rooms were streamlined by raising beams into the ceiling voids, creating a greater feeling of space and height. Moving the boiler to the newly-boarded and insulated loft freed-up further space for the new kitchen from Naked Kitchens.

Bespoke joinery designed by BDL Blackheath in collaboration with the homeowners transformed the main bedroom. Internal wall insulation with breathable and super-thin Spacetherm achieved both breathability and minimal change to wall thickness.
