Overview

Daniel commissioned the extension and complete renovation of his home from architect Steve Jenkins and Mariusz was awarded the contract to carry out the work, including a side return rear extension, copper-clad second floor addition, three bathrooms, garden landscaping and complete refit and redecoration of every room in this four-bedroom family home.

Spec. of Build

A ground floor side-return extension with large roof-light and sliding-folding doors step-free from kitchen-diner to landscaped garden with stone paving, built-in furniture and garden room. Loft extension to provide top floor master bedroom with en-suite. A further two bathrooms to 1st floor. Smart home technology installed throughout, including locks, heating and cooling, AV system.
