Whole house renovation, re-converting three flats to a house with annexe.

Tina’s large detached Victorian home had been sub-divided into three flats. She commissioned architect Steve Jenkins to design its return into a single main dwelling with annexe, opening up the elegant central staircase with original roof lantern.  

The design included new staircases and openings, bespoke joinery, floors, roof lantern renovation, bathrooms and kitchen, re-decoration throughout.
