Derelict Garages Transformed Into a Compact Modern Home in Bowes Park

BDL Blackheath acquired the site with planning permission to replace the existing derelict garages with a single-storey home. Our regular collaborators, Green Tea Architects work with us to develop the planning designs into a compact gem of home, with kitchen and bathroom designs by our in-house team.

A spacious open-plan kitchen/dining/living room looks out on to a courtyard garden. Its contemporary grey microcement floor is carried through to the bedroom and wetroom, where it climbs the walls in an elegant blue.
